LudumLanding is a service that allows game developers to create hosted feedback pages for their games. Developers can connect a Steam game, create custom feedback questions, and share the resulting page with players.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for the content of your feedback questions and for how you share your feedback page.
Feedback pages are hosted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After the 12-month hosting period ends, the public feedback form is deactivated and players can no longer submit new responses through that page.
LudumLanding is provided for a one-time payment of $19.99 unless a different price is explicitly shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. LudumLanding does not receive or store your complete payment card details.
Feedback submitted by players is delivered to the email address registered to the developer's account.
LudumLanding does not store submitted feedback messages or player email addresses in its database.
You may not use LudumLanding to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
You may not attempt to interfere with the service, access another user's account, circumvent security measures, or use the service for spam or malicious activity.
We aim to keep LudumLanding available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect the service.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of LudumLanding from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.
The LudumLanding service, software, branding, and original content remain the property of LudumLanding and its owner unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of the content and questions you create and submit to the service.
LudumLanding is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees that the service will meet every requirement or be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LudumLanding and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a way that could harm the service or other users.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
